It has a cute Bolero effect on the front with a Peter Pan Collar and two mother-of-pearl buttons and fastens easily at the back. Made in super soft velour the cosy padded blanket has ivory velour on the reverse.  it is ideal as a wrap for babies, or for use in the pram or buggy.
